Been here several times and have had a GREAT experience every time. Restaurant is very clean with a cool atmosphere. Staff is awesome, very accommodating and nice. Now the food. The food is delicious. I usually get the chicken Ramen with Tonkotsu (pork bone broth). I have also have the shrimp Ramen with Tonkotsa. Both are served piping hot. The meat is tender and veggies fresh. We also get the California Roll and the Salmon Roll. Sushi is made to order with the freshest of ingredients. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. If you are downtown Indy or close do yourself a favor and indulge.

We stopped in on New Year's Eve and were so impressed with how they've transformed the former Primanti Brothers space into a classy, modern sushi restaurant. They had cozy booth seating as well as a large sushi bar, and TVs were all around the dining room. They have a huge menu and variety of rolls. We couldn't decide on any so we ordered a large nigiri platter which also came with some rolls, and my son ordered a bowl of ramen which was very large. Our service was excellent and it was overall a memorably great dinner.

Came here right after a flight and a day filled with meetings. The people were nice and the food pretty standard Asian. As a Filipino and a critic of Asian food, I would say this restaurant beats or equivalent of Washington, DC standard Asian food. Rice was cooked well, the soup was good, the sashimi was good. I ate a whole Eel Don to myself. I have nothing to complain. Did this food blow my mind? No. But did it satisfy my Asian food and sushi craving, yes it did.

Mt. Fuji Sushi in Indianapolis offers an exceptional dining experience. The sushi rice is perfectly crafted, featuring delightful sweet overtones complemented by subtle hints of lemon and lime citrus. Their lightly salted soy sauce, made in-house, adds an extraordinary touch to each bite. Every dish reflects meticulous preparation and outstanding flavor. Highly recommended for sushi enthusiasts!

We are here for one of the biggest cheer competitions of the year!! MAJORS & Jamfest Very important this restaurant was live streaming the cheer competition on all the TV's!! If you are in the cheer world you know what this means!! They were live streaming Varsity TV!! Which I thought was amazing. I told them if you do this everyone will come here! This comp was $134 + for one ticket. So live streaming for people that didn't go to the comp is such an amazing and thoughtful thing. Thank you!! We enjoyed our meals as well. It was the best meal I have had in a Indy downtown area so far. Our sushi was perfect, my miso and my seaweed salad. More importantly the customer service was amazing. This will be my spot for the next 3 days I am here plus when we return for cheer comps! Thank you for the Great Experience!! I will definitely be back.
